We are excited to announce that on Tuesday, August 11 at 2:00, Village In The Heights will be going on a private, docent- led tour of the Museum of American Porcelain Art. You may remember the beautiful one- time private residence as the former South Euclid Public Library from 1954-2013. Well- known local entrepreneur Richard Barone bought the building and in 2019 opened it as the Museum to house his fabulous private collection and purchases since then. If you think that porcelain is only dishes and tea cups, you will be amazed at the beauty and variety of the gorgeous sculptures and decorative pieces you will see. We shall also have a tour of some of the other rooms in the glorious mansion. Hope to see you on August 11.  

Meet our group in the main lobby at 1:45. Look for Beryl Burko, the group organizer. Complimentary admissions for up to ten Village members. Regular admissions is $12 for guests. Parking lot is in the back and there’s a back as well as a front entrance. We are assured it is very accessible to people with assistive devices.
