This talk will cover how we forecast weather and weather safety. The speaker will explain how meteorology brings understanding of what is going on when it storms or snows.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Phil Sakal has had a passion for weather since he was young. From snow to severe storms and everything in between, he has covered it all in his nearly 15
year career in TV. He has been at News 5 since the Fall of 2022 as the weekend evening and
mid-day Meteorologist.
